First Time Portal Users

1. Claim your Household using Join MHNA Neighborhood.
2. An email will be sent to your email address (check SPAM folder if you don't receive it).
3. Setup Initial Password after claiming your household.
4. Log into Portal using your email address and new password.
5. Update your Portal Profile.
6. Pay your Dues.

Returning Portal Users

1. Log into Portal using your email and password.
2. Pay your Dues (if not paid).
3. View/Update Baby sitter/Pet sitter Listing.
4. View Online Member Directory.
