To share information about yourself, please contact us at info@mhnanews.com We have lots of information to get you acquainted with the Oakton and MHNA community. Membership to MHNA requires registering your household with the portal.  There is a suggested minimum annual donation of $20.00 dues per household.  Higher level donations are always welcome!

Your membership donation will be used to sponsor local activities, functions and events benefiting the Miller Heights community. These include:

  • Quarterly newsletters, with real estate activity and other news
  • MHNA website
  • Online Miller Heights resident directory
  • Serving as a collective voice on issues impacting the community (e.g. traffic calming)
  • Quarterly community meetings
  • Annual Garage Sales
  • Food Drives for Oakton HS Pantry and Food for Others
  • Blood Drives through INOVA
  • Block Party Sponsors
  • Earth Day and yearly Difficult Run Park restoration and conservation activities
  • National Night Out
  • Little Libraries
  • Maintaining common areas
  • Neighborhood Watch Safety program

Pay Membership Dues

Paying your membership dues can be done via our Membership Portal or by using the new Quick Pay Dues option.

To pay the annual Membership Dues via the Portal, please follow these steps:

    1. If this is the first time you are accessing the member portal, select “Join MHNA Neighborhood“.  If you have already claimed your household, please select “Portal Login“.
    2. On the Join the Neighborhood page, enter the requested information (e.g. Street Number, Street Name, First & Last Name, E-Mail Address, etc.).
    3. New members will be prompted to “Claim Your Household”, including the creation of a login/password.
    4. Once your household has been claimed, you will be prompted to login to the membership portal and review your profile and complete any additional information (e.g. phone numbers, email notifications, etc.).
    5. After your Profile has been confirmed, select “Pay Your Dues/Donate”, enter an annual dues amount and select the term of payment (1 or 2 Years), and then select “Make Payment” which will take you to our PayPal account to process payment. (use your PayPal account or pay via Credit/Debit Card)
    6. Should you choose to pay by check, please make it payable to “MHNA” or “Miller Heights Neighborhood Association” and mail to P.O. Box 538, Oakton, VA 22124.

Online Membership Directory

MHNA provides members with access to the Online Directory of our neighbors and their contact information via the MHNA Membership Portal. Participation in the neighborhood directory is entirely optional. Should you choose to exclude your information from the Neighborhood Directory, please be sure to select that option when updating your portal profile.

Note: MHNA’s Membership Directory is a listing of MHNA members who have given their permission to have their names included in this directory. Except for member’s personal use, the contents of the Directory may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, shared, sold or disseminated. MHNA will not be responsible for any damages that may result from inaccuracies included in the Directory or sharing by members or others in contradiction with MHNA policy.

Help us greet new families

If you’re an established resident, please contact the MHNA when a new family moves to your street. The name of the family isn’t needed, only the address. Let’s help make our new neighbors feel welcome. Kindly send an e-mail to info@mhnanews.com.
